Why It Works

Oats and carrot form a fibre-rich, gut-friendly base that feeds your microbiome and supports digestion. Plant diversity across oats, carrot, walnuts, raisins and spices delivers 6 to 8+ plant points in a single meal, supporting microbiome balance. Balanced macros from protein, fibre and healthy fats prevent blood sugar spikes and afternoon crashes. Great for meal prep, this keeps you on track with consistent energy all week.

9/10 of us in the UK massively under-eat fibre. This is how you increase it without restriction or boring food.
