MORE THAN UGC

Wellness expertise built in.

I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist, wellness expert and presenter with more than 20 years' experience in health and nutrition.

That means I don't just deliver a script. I understand the subject behind it and how to turn complex health messaging into content that feels clear, credible and human.

This combination is particularly powerful for nutrition, supplements, women's wellness, gut health, healthy ageing, fitness, functional foods, and wellness technology.
