We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint and will confirm the outcome without undue delay once our investigation has been completed.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we respond to a complaint about your personal data. If someone complains on your behalf, we may ask for proof that they are authorised to act for you.
